What is the difference between "Normal Shipping + Assembly at Delivery Address" and "Home Installation"?
The normal shipping + assembly at the delivery address presupposes delivery by carrier, delivered by only one person, and where the recipient must have the necessary conditions to receive the equipment at street level and place by his own means at the desired location.
The installation at home presupposes the shipment in ForFitness transport, where two professionals will assume all the delivery and assembly, even if the place is higher than the street level (ex: apartment). In this case, the delivery is assured in the desired place (as long as physically possible) and the client will not have any additional concern beyond opening the door of the house.

All shipments to Portugal (Mainland) are free of charge and have a maximum delivery time of 72h (working days)

Returns
ForFitness accepts returns in accordance with the deadlines set by law. 14 days after the purchase, the customer is entitled to request the return of the entire amount as long as the item arrives at our premises in the exact state in which it was delivered. It should be noted that the costs of return (shipping) must be assumed by the customer.
