Fast and secure deliveries

At ForFitness, orders are delivered by courier, always accompanied by the respective invoice. Deliveries are made to the door of the residence (or to the entrance of the building), with transport to the interior being the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure delivery without delays, please provide:

    - A valid contact number

    - An address where someone is available to receive the order

Deliveries are made on working days and the delivery time depends on the delivery area.

Upon delivery

Always check the condition of the packaging and the product. If you detect any damage or error, refuse the delivery and indicate the reason on the carrier's delivery note. Then send an email to geral@forfitness.pt within 24 hours.

Exchanges and Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange the product, provided that:

    - The item is in perfect condition, with no signs of use

    - It is returned with the original packaging, accessories and manuals

    - It is accompanied by the duly completed return form

The refund will be made after verification of the material, within a maximum period of 14 days, preferably by the same means of payment.

Guarantees and After-Sales Service

All products are guaranteed to comply with the law. If there is a problem, please send the item together with the invoice and the return form. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or misuse.
