Heart rate zone training is effective, and iFIT makes it easier than ever. With a heart rate monitor, ActivePulse™ automatically

adjusts speed and incline to keep you in your target zone.

10" (25.4 cm) TILTABLE TOUCHSCREEN

The 10" (25.4 cm) tiltable touchscreen can be adjusted to eye level for optimal viewing.

SPEED RANGE 0–20 km/h

0–20 km/h means you can run at a pace of 5 minutes per mile (3:07 minutes per kilometre) directly on the treadmill. Choose the speed

that feels most comfortable, or let iFIT control your speed automatically for an immersive, hands-free experience.

SELECTFLEX™ CUSHIONING

SelectFlex™ allows you to adjust the cushioning from soft to firm, providing ideal support for walking, jogging or running.

FOLDABLE AND COMPACT

You can easily fold and move the treadmill to make the most of the space in your bedroom. When you’re ready to train, press the black

bar with your foot and the treadmill will lower itself to the floor.

12% INCLINE

The 0–12% incline adjustment supports your training and preparation goals. Train for 5 km runs, marathons, long walks and much more.

The wide range of inclines helps you work different muscle groups for a complete workout at any distance or elevation.

THIRD-PARTY APPS

iFIT syncs with Strava, Garmin, Google Fit and Apple Health, so you can store all your fitness data in one place. Track every step,

STREAMING SERVICES

With iFIT, you’ll have access to streaming services directly on the 24" HD touchscreen. Rotate the screen to get the perfect viewing

angle and work out whilst enjoying your favourite programmes and films.

GOOGLE MAPS

Choose your own journey by creating a personalised route with Google Maps and immerse yourself in Street View images that adapt to

your pace. What’s more, the treadmill’s incline and decline will automatically adjust to simulate the route’s gradient.
