It combines natural air resistance with magnetic resistance to work with greater intensity. Changing resistance can be done from the handlebars, without having to stop to adjust resistance or touch the monitor. The transmission belt makes the machine silent. The steering wheel design is designed to minimize noise and improve the smooth, fluid feel of the paddle on the water.
