MAINTENANCE

Lubrication is one of the most important points of treadmill maintenance and should be performed regularly.

You should use a silicone spray that contains no additional additives.

You should check the level of lubrication of the treadmill after 200 hours of use, every 150 km or once a month.

To properly lubricate the treadmill and achieve the best possible result, you should

- Unplug the treadmill.

- Lift one side of the carpet and apply the spray horizontally, checking that it expands to the center of it.

- Repeat the process on the opposite side of the carpet.

- If necessary, remove the excess silicone.

- After leaving the equipment at rest for about 12 hours, plug the treadmill back in and walk for 5 minutes at a moderate speed (maximum 5 km/h) to get the lubrication distributed throughout the carpet.

Note that both lack of lubrication and excess of lubrication are detrimental to the proper maintenance of the treadmill, so it is recommended to perform this procedure normally, using only the necessary amount of spray.

For Bodytone treadmills, you will verify that there is a specific place for the placement of the lubricant.

In case you have difficulty in identifying the place of the deposit, contact us connoso, via chat, e-mail ([email protected]) or if you prefer the following telephone number: 239 091 709.

We stress the impotence of not bending the treadmill after placing the lubricant, to prevent it from being lost and, ventually, damaging the engine.

CLEANING AND CARE

Regarding the care to be taken with the treadmill, it is important to bear in mind that it must be placed on a level surface so that the carpet and the engine are balanced.

It is recommended to place a floor protector, both in order not to damage the surface and to reduce noise and prolong the duration of the treadmill.

After training, use a clean, dry cloth to wipe off any trace of sweat that may have fallen on the carpet or treadmill structure.

Once a week, use a clean, damp cloth to clean the dust and remove dirt from the surface and the monitor.

Use only water for this purpose, as cleaning products can damage the treadmill's finish.
