(15 psi) of pressure, you can easily maintain balance. Stability is easy to control, and it is also healthy since you use about 95% of your muscles.

By making short and fast strokes with your paddle, you can generate more power. This helps to quickly increase your speed. Tip: In headwinds, it is best
to stand further forward on the board. This lowers the board's tip, making it less affected by the wind.
