Delivery Mode
ForFitness delivers orders by hand through a carrier. Each expedition is accompanied by the Invoice.
Deliveries are made at the entrance to the room, or in the case of buildings on the ground floor, it is the client's responsibility to transport the equipment to the interior of the room or to its floor.
To avoid delays, the customer must inform at the time of making his purchase:
- A contact number so that we can contact you at any time of the day.
- A delivery address, where usually someone is available to receive the order.
Product deliveries will only take place on working days.
The delivery time will depend on the geographical area of delivery.
The deadline will count from the moment of dispatch of the order. Delivery times are indicative and therefore are considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks). The amount to be paid for the transport will be added to the price of the products purchased, it will be calculated automatically by the system.
In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, it will be checked with the carrier, which may take a few days. The Customer must contact ForFitness through one of the means available and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be checked and confirmed.
What to do at the time of delivery:
The customer has the right, at the time of receipt of his order, to open the packaging to verify that the product is in accordance with what was ordered and that there are no external defects.
If the product is not the one ordered or has visible defects, ForFitness advises the customer to return the same by sending it to FORFITNESS - ADDRESS: Rua Dom Pascácio Nunes, 10. 6270-432 SEIA, accompanied by the completed return form. An e-mail should also be sent within 24 hours indicating the problem to [email protected].
Once the carrier delivers the order, ForFitness is not responsible for any problems arising from transport. ForFitness will be obliged to refuse any request for refund or replacement for products with external defects that have been accepted by our customers at the time of delivery.
Take note:
1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Open the package asking the carrier to wait for the check (this is a customer's right).
3. Check that the product is in accordance with the order placed and that it has no visible defects. If everything complies, accept delivery.
4. In case of any non-conformity, that is, an error in the requested product, or a visible defect, you must refuse delivery, pointing out the problem in the guide.
Exchanges and returns
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to return, within 14 days from receipt of the order, with all material received. This material must be new and complete as at the time of receipt of the order and the products must be returned in original conditions.
The material must be accompanied by the return form duly completed and returned to FORFITNESS - ADDRESS: Rua Dom Pascácio Nunes, 10. 6270-432 SEIA.
This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manuals) and in good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged, or used by the customer will not be accepted.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the ForFitness website will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly, however safeguarding that this period will depend on the evaluations that will be made on the material, with a maximum duration of 14 days (counting from date of arrival). The customer will be reimbursed, whenever possible, by the same means of payment, in the last case by bank transfer, for this the NIB will be requested.
In case of exchange for another product, the Customer may make the exchange within 14 days, from receipt of the product, maintaining the obligation to present the product for exchange in the original conditions and with the return form.
ForFitness does not accept returns in situations in which the modalities and times provided for by the competent legislation for communicating the withdrawal exercise have not been respected; or if the product is not packaged in the original packaging or not accompanied by all the original content.
Guarantees and after-sales service
All products sold benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.
ForFitness undertakes any repairs with suppliers. Whatever the problem with your product, you must send a copy of the invoice and the return form with the goods.
Attention, the warranty does not apply (or partially applies) to the repair of problems resulting from misuse, or non-use according to the manufacturer's usage specifications. We recommend that you carefully read the user manual provided with the products.
ForFitness cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the guarantee. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the budget, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective amount of the repair.
