The O'Live Yoga Block is one of the most popular props in a yoga class. Yoga props were popularised by B.K.S. Iyengar as tools to

support the body and enable a deeper expression of alignment in a yoga pose. Yoga blocks are frequently used as an extension of one’s

hand, but they are also used to support the back, head and hips, and to deepen one’s awareness of alignment. A yoga block is

particularly helpful for beginners or for those who have experienced injuries or other physical limitations, but more advanced

practitioners can use these props to safely learn new, more challenging poses.
