Delivery times are indicative, they are considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure mishaps).

ForFitness makes the deliveries by hand through a carrier. If you want the equipment to be installed at the address where you want it to be delivered, please contact us as there are associated costs.
6. What is the cost of shipping? [🚚]
ForFitness does not charge values on postage for purchases over € 50, for shipments to Continental Portugal and Continental Spain. For the islands in Portugal and Spain you can consult the values in the following link: Shipping
7. How many days do I have to return my product? [↩️]
14 days from receipt of order. We suggest that you keep the respective equipment box during this period.
8. What should I do if I don't receive my order? [📦]
You should contact us immediately by e-mail or by telephone indicating the order ID and your name. Obtain our contact info here.
9. What do I do if my order is defective? [📦]
You should contact us by phone and send us by e-mail proofs (photos, videos) of the defects observed, as well as the ID of your order and the product(s) in question.
10. Can I change or cancel my order? [📦]
Yes, you can do so in your customer area.
To receive a refund you must communicate your NIB / IBAN by e-mail.
To change quantities and addresses, or other aspects of an order you should contact us by telephone.
11. How can I track my orders? [📦]
After the equipment has left our warehouse, we change the status of your order and send you the tracking code or the direct link to follow your order.
