Rowing machines allow you to extensively train upper and lower muscle groups and stimulate around 80% of the body's muscle mass. It also combines muscular and cardiovascular exercises in a unique way. In one session, it allows you to train arms, legs, chest, back and mind. Rowing is ideal for stress relief.
Thanks to the developed properties of the BH Vario Program folding oar, it is suitable for semi-professional use. Allows you to train between 20 to 30 hours per week.
Equipped with a magnetic brake system, for a light and silent transmission, with several resistance options. In addition to rowing, it offers more training options such as squats and biceps and quadriceps curls.
The electronic LCD monitor displays time, strokes per minute, total number of strokes, calories, distance and heart rate, in addition to five preset programs and a recovery program. Heart rate is measured telemetrically using a chest strap (not included). This type of measurement is very accurate and gives you complete freedom of movement during training.
The rowing machine's robust structure is also suitable for more intensive training. The 8 kg flywheel is controlled by a magnetic brake system.
The seat rail has a constant slope. The mobile seat can also be attached for special rowing workouts.
The Vario Program rowing machine can be folded to save space after training and can be easily transported to another location thanks to the transport wheels.

What is the difference between "Normal Shipping + Assembly at Delivery Address" and "Home Installation"?
The normal shipping + assembly at the delivery address presupposes delivery by carrier, delivered by only one person, and where the recipient must have the necessary conditions to receive the equipment at street level and place by his own means at the desired location.
The installation at home presupposes the shipment in ForFitness transport, where two professionals will assume all the delivery and assembly, even if the place is higher than the street level (ex: apartment). In this case, the delivery is assured in the desired place (as long as physically possible) and the client will not have any additional concern beyond opening the door of the house.
