The Suspension Trainer is an accessory that allows you to train your entire body, improving strength, endurance, flexibility and stability while burning fat and toning lean muscle mass offering immense exercise possibilities.
The athlete uses his body weight to create a load for the different muscles. It can be easily configured using a secure support point strong enough to support the athlete's body weight.
The Suspension Trainer consists of nylon straps with double seam finishes made of resistant nylon thread, adjustable and non-slip buckles, cuffs with foot support, a carabiner with safety tooth, a padded pad for use on doors and a suspension anchor to adapt the straps to bars, tree branches or other type of support.

What is the difference between "Normal Shipping + Assembly at Delivery Address" and "Home Installation"?
The normal shipping + assembly at the delivery address presupposes delivery by carrier, delivered by only one person, and where the recipient must have the necessary conditions to receive the equipment at street level and place by his own means at the desired location.
The installation at home presupposes the shipment in ForFitness transport, where two professionals will assume all the delivery and assembly, even if the place is higher than the street level (ex: apartment). In this case, the delivery is assured in the desired place (as long as physically possible) and the client will not have any additional concern beyond opening the door of the house.

Returns
ForFitness accepts returns in accordance with the deadlines set by law. 14 days after the purchase, the customer is entitled to request the return of the entire amount as long as the item arrives at our premises in the exact state in which it was delivered. It should be noted that the costs of return (shipping) must be assumed by the customer.
